Tour Cancellations and Refunds

If we cancel a tour entirely, customers will receive a refund of the amount paid directly to Things to Do in KC or may be offered a transfer to another date.
We are not responsible for associated expenses such as transportation, lodging, parking, childcare, or third-party reservations.
No refund will be provided for a participant who arrives late, misses the scheduled meeting time, leaves early, or fails to attend, except where required by law or stated otherwise in the applicable cancellation policy.
Participant Responsibilities and Conduct
Participants must follow reasonable safety instructions and comply with the rules of all venues visited. We may remove a participant from an activity without a refund if their conduct is unsafe, unlawful, threatening, disruptive, or substantially interferes with the experience of others.
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising minors participating in a tour or experience.
Participants are responsible for notifying us before booking about accessibility needs, allergies, mobility limitations, or other circumstances that may affect participation. We will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate accessibility information and accommodate reasonable requests, but accessibility may depend on third-party venues and locations.
Risks Associated With Tours and Activities
Tours and experiences may involve walking, stairs, traffic, weather exposure, food or beverages, transportation, crowded public areas, or other ordinary risks. By participating, customers acknowledge these inherent risks and accept responsibility for determining whether they are physically able to participate safely.
Participants remain responsible for their personal belongings. Things to Do in KC is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during an activity, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
